1. Data Controller
The data controller for Skimscore is Practical Apps Studio.
2. Data We Collect
During the early-access phase, Skimscore collects only limited data needed to operate the waitlist and validate product demand.
- Email address: collected only when you voluntarily submit the waitlist signup form.
- Growth-OS lead collection: waitlist submissions are processed by Growth-OS at gos-34a3cd803c.practicalapps.studio, acting as a data processor for lead collection and validation analytics.
- Umami analytics: we use Umami for cookie-free, aggregated website analytics. Umami is configured to avoid collecting personal data from our pages.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your email address for demand validation and early-access communication only. This means we may use your email to confirm interest, share relevant launch updates, and invite you to the product when it becomes available.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your email for unrelated campaigns. We do not send spam.
The legal basis for processing your email address is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you voluntarily submit the early-access waitlist form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@practicalapps.studio and we will delete your data without delay.
4. Retention
Your email address is kept until the Skimscore product launch, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. After launch, we will either invite you to continue with the product or remove early-access waitlist data that is no longer needed.
5. Your GDPR Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data.
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct an inaccurate email address or related record.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your waitlist email from our records.
- Portability (Art. 20): request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (for example, a CSV of your email address).
- Supervisory authority: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your EU member state (for example, the Hungarian NAIH at naih.hu, or the authority where you habitually reside).

6. Cookies
Our pages do not set cookies. Skimscore uses Umami in a cookie-free analytics mode, so no analytics cookie is placed by our pages.
7. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of service providers to deliver the early-access website and signup flow.
- Google Fonts: used to load the Fraunces and Inter web fonts. Your browser may request font files from Google servers.
- Growth-OS: EU-hosted lead collection and demand-validation processing at gos-34a3cd803c.practicalapps.studio.
- Umami: EU-hosted, cookie-free analytics used to understand aggregate page usage without personal tracking.
8. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws and data protection framework of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
